01. Accommodation
We have a broad range of services at iSupportedHousing, including shared accommodation and self-contained flats.
It is our ambition that all people who are under our care can access safe and good quality supported housing at the right time.
We want residents to have safe, appropriate accommodation which meets their needs, and which delivers positive outcomes, whether this means living as independently as possible or moving onto more independent living over time.
02. Support Services
Our support plans are goal-oriented because we aim to work together and achieve. This focus provides direction and a sense of self-purpose, to help maintain motivation, especially during setbacks.
The support we give help with daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances, or it can be more specialised, such as help with mental health or addiction issues.
We are mindful that our approach to supporting is compassionate, yet purposeful in action with the mission to improve lives and build a better future.
03. Health & Wellbeing
We offer a range of supporting services, advice and guidance with any problems you may be experiencing. In every aspect of day-to-day living, from cleanliness to hygiene, finding work, maintaining your home and more including the following categories.
- Maintaining health, safety and security
- Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
- Cooking, cleaning and shopping
- Dealing with correspondence
- Building positive relationships
- Developing hobbies and interests
- Enrolling you in free training courses
- Helping you to get back into employment when the time is right
- Socialising and community involvement
- Registering residents on the housing lists, helping them to bid.
- Ensuring residents have the correct benefits in place
- Supporting residents with their mental health. Referring them to counselling.

Our services have a proven history of assisting homeless individuals in finding and retaining employment.
The journey can be challenging for anyone, and we understand that it necessitates time, resources, and highly trained personnel who are attentive to the aspirations and needs of each person they work with.
Based on our experience, we provide practical recommendations to the government on how they can enhance their own services to assist homeless people in finding work.

At iSupportedHousing, we offer education and training opportunities to our tenants. We are affiliated with organisations that provide training and education opportunities to empower individuals to move forward in their lives and support them with their training and education needs.
We have established robust partnerships with local businesses and training providers to offer a wide range of opportunities to motivate and prepare our tenants for work. Additionally, we provide fully funded online courses to help clients develop their skills and gain recognised qualifications

We provide many ways to fundraise, such as hosting events, creating social media campaigns, partnering with local businesses and collaborating with other organisations.
These activities can help us to build awareness while providing resources that will make it more effective in achieving our mission.
