iSupportedHousing was founded in March 2020 with a clear mission of providing safe and supportive housing for individuals in need. Our vision is to become a leading provider of supported accommodation in the West Midlands and surrounding boroughs combining technology, support and accommodation. At iSupportedHousing, we prioritise promoting independence through meaningful support and fostering a work environment where our team excels with the aid of cutting-edge software and technology, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
The vision behind establishing the company stems from our own personal experience from family members in supported accommodation, an experience that highlighted the deficiencies in the support system. Motivated by this, we delved into the sector with a determination to contribute meaningfully. Our goal is to provide real homes and customised support solutions for individuals in need. Drawing on our background in health and social care, coupled with a our trained and qualified team, we are equipped to offer tailored support, ensuring a more compassionate and effective approach to care.
Our target market includes vulnerable adults with needs ranging from mental health challenges, physical disabilities, learning difficulties, drug and/or alcohol addiction, care leavers and those facing homelessness.
iSupportedHousing provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are vulnerable or have mental health.
The goal is to help people obtain and maintain permanent housing, increase their skills and/or find employment, foster self-sufficiency, and improve self-image, support recovery and wellness.
Our dedicated staff are critical to the mission and to be effective stewards of the human and financial resources entrusted to the organisation.
Our foundational principles include acting with integrity and establishing ethics and trust as the core pillars of our company.
We strive for ongoing improvement as a service provider, embracing adaptability to consistently deliver high-quality support and services to our tenants.
